Perry the Polite Porcupine always attempts to do and say the proper thing. His manners are impeccable, and he is always considerate of others. He tries his best to please his friends, but too often at his own expense. Then Perry finds out that you can say no and still be polite.

Explain that when someone really doesn’t want to do something, it’s all right to say no, nicely but firmly.
